Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed with Rule The Rough. Mandatory consumer rights always remain in force.
1. Seller
AZENT VORO B.V., trading as Rule The Rough, Noordlandseweg 77 B, 2691 KK ’s-Gravenzande, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 97030023. VAT ID NL867881586B01. Email: info@azentvoro.com. Telephone: +31 6 17547414.
2. Application
These terms apply to every offer and distance contract. We make them available before the contract is concluded. Variations apply only when agreed in writing. Additional quotation or purchasing terms may apply to business customers; consumers always retain their statutory protection.
3. Offers, product information and prices
We describe products, characteristics and limitations as accurately as reasonably possible. Obvious writing, pricing or image errors do not bind us. The website and checkout state whether prices include or exclude VAT. Delivery charges, applicable taxes or import charges for which the customer is responsible, and other compulsory costs are shown or clearly explained before the order is placed.
4. Orders and contract formation
The customer checks the order before confirming it. A contract is formed when we confirm the order electronically, unless we reasonably reject it, for example because an item is unavailable, there is an obvious error, or there is a fraud or credit risk. If we cannot supply an item, we refund any amount already received.
5. Payment
Payment is made using an offered payment method and within the stated period. Credit and collection terms for business customers may appear on a quotation or invoice. We do not charge costs that were not disclosed in advance.
6. Delivery and risk
We deliver to the agreed address within the stated or agreed period. Unless otherwise agreed, consumer orders are delivered within 30 days. We report material delays as soon as possible. For a consumer purchase, risk of loss or damage passes when the customer or a nominated third party receives the goods.
7. Product quality and statutory rights
Goods must match the contract and description, be of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies. A commercial or manufacturer warranty does not limit statutory rights. Report a fault promptly with the order number, a description and photographs where possible so we can assess repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
8. Consumer cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a UK consumer can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period starts after the last item is received. Give a clear cancellation notice by email or any available online cancellation function. The consumer then has a further 14 days to return the goods.
9. Returns and refunds
Return goods carefully packed to Rule The Rough, Noordlandseweg 77 B, 2691 KK ’s-Gravenzande, the Netherlands, quoting the order number. The consumer pays the direct return cost when this was disclosed before purchase; we cover reasonable return costs for incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. There is no fixed restocking fee.
For a full cancellation, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery within 14 days after the cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return. A reasonable deduction may be made only for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
10. Exceptions to cancellation
The cancellation right does not apply, among other cases, to made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods, perishable goods, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We identify an applicable exception before purchase.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to info@azentvoro.com with the order number and relevant information. We acknowledge receipt and aim to give a substantive response within 14 days. This does not restrict any right to use an appropriate dispute body or court.
12. Liability, force majeure and intellectual property
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to business customers for indirect loss. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected. During a force majeure event, obligations may be suspended for as long as the event continues; consumers retain statutory rights to cancellation and refund. Website text, images, trade marks and designs may not be used without permission except where the law permits.
13. Governing law and changes
Dutch law governs these terms. A consumer in the United Kingdom also retains all mandatory protection available under UK law. Disputes are submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction. We may change these terms for future orders; the version in force when an order was placed continues to apply to that order.
