AZENT VORO B.V., trading as Rule The Rough, respects your privacy. This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, contact us, create an account or place an order.

2. What data do we process?

  • name, company name, billing address and delivery address;
  • email address, telephone number and messages;
  • account and login information;
  • orders, quotations, invoices, payments, returns and service history;
  • technical data such as IP address, device type, browser, session and security information;
  • cookie preferences and, only after consent, any analytics or marketing data.

3. Why do we process data?

  • Contract: to handle orders, payments, deliveries, returns, warranties, accounts and customer service.
  • Legal obligation: for tax records, invoicing, product safety and other statutory retention duties.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the website, prevent fraud, improve our service and answer business enquiries. We balance these interests against your privacy rights.
  • Consent: for newsletters and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who do we share data with?

We share only the data needed with parties that help us provide the service, such as Odoo for website and business software, hosting and IT providers, banks or payment providers, carriers, suppliers that deliver directly, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. We put appropriate processor arrangements in place. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, we use a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy regulation or approved standard contractual clauses, and add safeguards where appropriate.

6. Retention periods

We keep data only for as long as necessary. Financial and tax records are generally kept for 7 years. Order, warranty and service data are kept for the contract, legal claims and product safety. Contact enquiries are normally kept for no more than 2 years after closure. Account data are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, except where retention is legally required. Newsletter data are kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Send your request to info@azentvoro.com. We may request information to verify your identity and normally respond within one month.
